What works today?

Pre-alpha — no public lookup runs yet. This project publishes its status honestly: no document claims something is "ready" unless its check actually runs.

What exists:

latency SLOs (D5_MEASUREMENTS.md)

• A locked, gated engineering plan (released and versioned on GitHub)
• The P1 data spine over the Cologne sources, with tests and measured
• The P2 static-cache generator for the public alpha — built, awaiting deploy

What does not exist yet: a public URL where you can look a word up. The first one arrives with P2 (see Roadmap — phases P1–P7).

Progress is tracked in the open — every phase gate, decision and measurement is a committed document in the repository.
